    The production principle of the 30D polyester fabric series involves several steps:
    1. Polymerization: The first step is the polymerization of polyester. Polyester is made from a chemical reaction between purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol (EG). These raw materials are combined in a reactor and heated at high temperatures, resulting in the formation of a polyester polymer.
    2. Melt Spinning: The polyester polymer is then extruded through a spinneret with tiny holes to form continuous filaments. These filaments are cooled and solidified as they pass through a quenching process, resulting in a thread-like structure.
    3. Drawing: The filaments are then subjected to a drawing process, where they are elongated and aligned in a specific direction. This helps to improve the strength and stability of the filaments.

    5. Weaving/Knitting: The textured filaments are then woven or knitted into fabric. Weaving involves interlacing the warp (lengthwise) and weft (horizontal) yarns, while knitting involves interloping the yarns together.
